We built Rendai because the owner-operators we know - the ones who built real businesses with their hands - were getting left behind. Not because they weren't smart. Because nobody showed up to build the thing with them.
Our belief is simple: a small business with the right AI capabilities running underneath it can out-move, out-respond, and out-last any competitor - big or small. AI isn't the future. It's already the present. The question is whether it's working for you or against you.

I built Rendai because I kept watching small business owners get sold software they didn't need, or consulting they couldn't execute, or AI demos that never made it to production.
I come from a family of people who built things with their hands. That's still how I think about this work - you don't hand someone a blueprint and walk away. You stay until it runs.
